Shockwave Therapy

Aside from Physical Therapy, I offer EPAT Shockwave Therapy. Shockwave Therapy is a highly effective, non-invasive treatment for soft tissue injuries that utilizes high-energy radial waves to stimulate metabolism, improve blood circulation, break through scar tissue, and accelerate healing. Typical treatment is 6 sessions, 1x/week. Each session takes about 15 minutes. There are no restrictions regarding activity level throughout the course of Shockwave Therapy - you walk out after the treatment the same way you walked in (hopefully, in less pain). Most success is seen after the 4th session. It is very important not to take/use anti-inflammatories (Advil, Aleve, Ice) from the start of Shockwave Therapy to 2 weeks after the last session. Shockwave Therapy is not covered by insurance (yet). For this reason, below are the cash rates for Shockwave Therapy. FSA/HSA are accepted.
