I accept insurance for Physical Therapy services, but I am an out of network (OON) provider. This means that I do not have any contract with your insurance. This does not necessarily mean you will have to pay anything out of pocket. Moreover, your insurance can have OON benefits for physical therapy. If so, I use the OON deductibles/out of pocket (OOP) maximums/co-insurance listed on your insurance card/dashboard. Should your insurance not have OON benefits for Physical Therapy or your OON deductible is high/not met, below are the cash rates for physical therapy services. FSA/HSA are accepted.
Initial Evaluation: $175
Follow Up Sessions: $125
5-Session Package (Including the Initial Evaluation): $550
10-Session Package (Including the Initial Evaluation): $1,000
