I am a foot & ankle specialist in NYC with 7 years of experience helping you get back on your feet and doing the things you love.

All sessions with me are completely 1 on 1. 

Initial Evaluation (45 minutes): After a thorough history is taken, I assess tender points, posture, active and passive range of motion, joint mobility, strength, balance, walking, running, and functional movement patterns (squatting, lunging, deadlifting, etc.). This will help me create an individualized home exercise program (HEP) tailored to your specific needs. We will then discuss your treatment plan and frequency. Physical Therapy is typically 1-2x/week for 4-6 weeks. This can change based on the patient and the case.

Follow Up (30 minutes): I am a manual therapist that uses IASTM (also known as Graston Technique and scraping) along with other mobilizations and stretches to help facilitate soft tissue healing and improve pain free range of motion. This is immediately followed up with stretching and functional exercise. My goal is to implement activity-specific exercises, as this will help you return to what you love as quickly and safely as possible.
